In this chapter we see Paul in Corinth where he will stay for one and a half years. He then moves on to Ephesus. We are also introduced to Priscilla, Aquila and Apollos.

Blessed is the one who reads aloud the words of this prophecy, and blessed are those who hear, and who keep what is written in it, for the time is near. (Revelation 1:3 ESV)
We don’t have to look very hard in the Bible to find warnings about spiritual deception. Several of them come out of the mouth of Jesus. For example, Matthew 24:11, “Then many false prophets will rise up and deceive many.”
