Central Reflections: Forging a Common Identity

Edmund Clowney 1917-2005.jpgWe are united to Christ; the living stones are joined to the cornerstone. In that way the church becomes the true house of God. Peter’s language is corporate. He thinks of the spiritual temple, not as the body of an individual believer, but as the body of believers, the company of those who are joined to Christ.

make-disciples

One week from today, on Wednesday, March 1, at 7pm at Horizon Central, we begin a 12-week series called Make Disciples.  During the 12 weeks, we will address areas on a comprehensive discipleship map.  After discussing each area, we will try to establish Milestones that would provide evidence of personal spiritual growth – markers that we work toward.

Below you will find links to an overview of the full 12 weeks and for the first area on the map that we will address, Embracing God’s Story: The Gospel of Grace.
