Here’s the third presentation from the CCBCi Saturday Seminar on Jan 7, 2012.  The presentation and note files work together, so it might be best to print out the pdf and then go through the presentation with notes in hand.  There are a number of long quotations there that seemed inconvenient to put into a PowerPoint.
